Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges unless you have received a damaged item or the wrong item. Please use the Contact form, DM @teahouse.team or email noriteahouse@gmail.com if there is an issue with your order. 

 

Lost/missing/late packages
Nori Tea House will not refund or send replacements free-of-charge for items lost due to postal carriers/USPS.

Please contact your local post supplier or USPS if any issues arise. In my experience; contacting your local USPS post office will have better results than calling or emailing the national hotline.  In the past, I have tried using USPS hotline and online services, however I received no help or replies from staff.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not actually delivered - please contact your local post office. They should be able to give you a GPS route with your package. Please wait another 5 business days before contacting me, as USPS can often deliver “already-delivered” packages within a few days.

In the case of lost/missing/late packages after 4 weeks since the last scan-in or 8 weeks since order date; I can send a replacement package at the cost of the buyer, for 10% off original price + shipping fees. As most of my pins are LE, I will do my best to offer the best replacement/equivalent.

Combining Shipping/Holding Packages
Nori Tea House will only combine shipping on orders made on the same day. We will not hold packages until future drops. 

Please send a DM on IG (@teahouse.team), email noriteahouse@gmail.com, or use the contact form and include the order numbers you would like to combine. Additional shipping charges will be refunded. If you do not receive a shipping refund within 1 week after your order has shipped, please contact us!

Quantity Limits
Quantity purchase limits do not apply unless stated.
